Delivery time: Depends on complexity and/or deadline. Please let me know ahead of time if there is a deadline. [Minimum 1 week]
Format: Only PNG provided. 300 DPI 3000x3000px or 3000x4000px depending. 500x500 for emotes (Other resizes if asked.)

TERMS OF SERVICE:TERMS OF SERVICE MUST BE AGREED TO TO PROCEED WITH COMMISSIONING. EVERYTHING LISTED MUST BE FOLLOWED OR ELSE YOU WILL BE BLACKLISTED•Provide OC/Character reference, any important information about the character (ex: personality), and color palette. A visual reference MUST be provided. I will not draw based on description. This can be an assortment of images or a singular reference.•I do not work on a first come first serve basis; Commissions will be completed based on types, not order of commissioning. The estimated completion time is an ESTIMATION based on the type of commission. These may vary depending on the commission queue time as well as emergency events which you will be informed of if ocurring.•I have the right to decline any commission that I wish not to work on. This may be due to topics I feel uncomfortable working with or due to behavior exhibited by buyer or for any other reason.•All payment must be made in full up front within 3 days of a request being accepted. DO NOT SEND PAYMENT UNLESS REQUEST IS ACCEPTED. I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT SENT WITHOUT ACCEPTED REQUEST.•If you have a specific due date, YOU MUST LET ME KNOW AHEAD OF TIME (A WEEK MINIMUM). I am not responsible for due dates if you do not inform me of them. If I am told later about a due date, I reserve the right to cancel the commission or continue to work on the commission for an additional fee for a rushed commission depending on how soon the due date is.•You will be provided two WIP images with watermarks. Two chances to change an aspect within the drawing will be provided. Once during the sketching process and once during the coloring process. If you wish nothing to be changed, this does not apply.•Any ill behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if it occurs. No refund will be provided and you will be blacklisted from commissioning from me.•All payments will be processed through Paypal only through invoice.•You are allowed to claim the character as your own if it is your OC and post the art with credit to me but CANNOT claim the art is yours.•Failure to credit my work to me after a warning will cause you to be blacklisted from commissioning me further. All rights to the artwork will be reclaimed and you will NOT be allowed to repost the artwork at all.•I own the piece so I may post it on social media with a watermark, use for a portfolio, and promote myself with the piece.•Commissions are intended for NON-COMMERCIAL USE ONLY. If the commission is to be used for commercial purposes, an additional fee depending on the piece being drawn will be added to the final price.•Refunds are only accepted within 24 hours. After 24 hours, no refunds will be given.
License Usage:
Unless commercial use tax has been applied, all artwork is solely for personal use. This means you cannot use my art for monetary gain ( selling, branding, etc).
The buyer is allowed to post on social media or use as PFP/Banner (With proper credit, such as, tagging/Linking to me).
I own the piece so I may post it on social media with a watermark, use for a portfolio, and promote myself with the piece.
Failure to credit my work to me after a warning will cause you to be blacklisted from commissioning me further. All rights to the artwork will be reclaimed and you will NOT be allowed to repost the artwork at all.
Commissions are intended for NON-COMMERCIAL USE ONLY. If the commission is to be used for commercial purposes, an additional fee will be added to the final price. Commercial rights means use it in books, merch, as props, change it to your liking and/or promote your own brand with. Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.
